We're excited to have you join us! Please read these conditions carefully as they outline our booking and cancellation policies.

Booking Your Ride

You can book your day ride online through our website or via WhatsApp.

• Online Bookings: Fill out our online booking form. You'll then receive a payment link and confirmation email. Your booking isn't confirmed until we receive your payment.
• Payment Options:
  • Domestic bank or Wise transfer (IDR)
  • Credit Card via PayPal: Don't have a PayPal account? No problem, you can still pay with your credit or debit card through the link we send.
  • Credit Card via online link (IDR)
• Availability: We have a maximum of four departures per day. Your spot is secured once we confirm receipt of your payment (via bank transfer or PayPal).
• Last-Minute Bookings: For rides the next day, please book by 6:00 PM the day before so our team can prepare bikes, vehicles, drivers, and guides. Your booking is only confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.

Day Ride Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change!

• Free Changes/Cancellations: You can cancel or change your booking date for free until 6:00 PM the day before your ride.
• Late Cancellations/Changes: If you cancel or change your date after 6:00 PM the day before, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
• No Refunds for Early Departures: If you leave a tour early for any reason, including not being able to ride at a sufficient level, no refund will be given.

Booking Your Adventure

To book a longer tour, fill out our online booking form, indicating your chosen tour and desired dates. You'll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

• Deposit: Once your booking is confirmed, you must pay a deposit within 07 days. We'll email you the deposit amount and payment options. If we don't receive your deposit, your spot may be offered to others.
• Full Payment: For tours lasting longer than 9 days, the remaining balance is due 2 months before your tour's start date. For multiple-day rides lasting 2 to 7 days, the remaining balance is due one month before the start date.
• Late Bookings: If you book less than 2 months before the tour start date, full payment is required immediately.

Tour Inclusions

Each multi-day trip includes different services (activities, meals, transport). A detailed 'Trip Dossier' with these specifics will be emailed to you.

Your Cancellation for Longer Tours

If you need to cancel your multi-day, short break, or custom tour, you must notify Infinity Mountain Biking in writing or by email.

• Tours Requiring a Deposit:
  • More than 60 days before departure: You will forfeit your deposit.
  • 30 days or less before departure: No refund will be given.

Cancellation by Infinity Mountain Biking

• Our Cancellation: If we cancel a trip, we'll notify you at least 60 days before the departure date and issue a full refund for the trip cost. We are not responsible for any other costs you may incur, such as flight tickets.
• External Factors: This policy excludes cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., war, natural disaster, political instability, pandemics). In such cases, no refund will be issued by Infinity Mountain Biking, and you'll need to make a claim with your travel insurance.
• No Refunds for Unused Services: No refunds will be given if you voluntarily or involuntarily miss an activity, arrive late, or leave a tour early. This includes situations like accidents during the tour or events outside our control (e.g., war, natural disaster). Again, you'll need to claim through your travel insurance.

Infinity Mountain Biking reserves the right to change advertised itineraries before or during a tour for safety reasons or due to changed local conditions (e.g., war, disease, natural disaster). Our tour leader or guide has the authority to make necessary itinerary changes during a tour. If you do not adhere to these changes, you will be considered to have left the tour and will no longer be under our care.

It is mandatory for every traveler to have adequate travel insurance for the entire duration of your Infinity Mountain Biking trip. Your insurance must include comprehensive medical and emergency evacuation cover. Your Group Leader will verify your insurance details upon arrival. We strongly recommend your insurance also includes trip cancellation cover.

All activities organized by Infinity Mountain Biking are undertaken at the participant's own risk. We do not accept liability for any loss, damages, accidents, injuries, or death that may occur during an activity. By signing up for our tours, all participants acknowledge that these outdoor activities carry inherent risks. Please read our full waiver for more details.

Some personal information collected during your booking may be shared with third-party suppliers only when legally required (e.g., for flight tickets, permits, hotel bookings in certain countries). Your email address will never be shared.

By making payment for your booking, you agree to these terms and conditions. For one-day rides, by clicking on the booking form, you also agree to these terms.
