Respond promptly and professionally to reservation inquiries via email, chat, and phone
Strategically assign crew for upcoming tours
Assist guests with courtesy calls and support during their stay
Maintain and update customer databases
Provide emergency after-hours phone support (3-4 days/week, rotating schedule)
Prepare daily expense/payment reports and client invoices
Manage PayPal payment requests
Qualifications
Excellent written and spoken English
Proficiency in Excel, Word, Gmail, and other essential computer applications
Polite, honest, and able to work well under pressure

Ability to travel for multiple days at a time
Qualifications
Good spoken English
Experience driving in Bali and East Java
Strong customer service background
Valid driver's license

Experience as a mountain bike guide
Excellent physical fitness (able to ride 50-100km)
